They should have asked people who actually worked at Invitae about Jim and what happened. He was no prize.

The first problem is you need to learn a thing how corporate works. You think that a the Sr VP of Commercial, which was the equivalent of JG GM position is the person making the decisions to purchase other companies for 1.4B? That's not how it works. He was over the commercial sales team, with directors being his direct reports. Not sitting at the table making company wide decisions.

The culture has started off with lies and deceit under Jim. He has lead OncoEXTRA nowhere since January sales have pummeled with no direction. This product has ONLY been successful in territories that have studies and have nothing to do with the sales team. The company has not discussed this product at conferences or promoted it. Me too product that noone needs.

During oncomove customers all over have been impacted. Customer service can’t help customers everything goes to a 3rd party. Insurance coverage changed with no ability to help customers. 10-14 people have met goals the rest Jim has decided to not pay commission and make oncoextra and riskgaurd the main way to make money.

So yes, expand a team with the fake genetic counselors you hired, bring in the invitae team to launch and lets see a bankruptcy in 18-24 months and then know it’s under the leadership of Jim Stuart. inhumane way you treat people.

They thunk Oncotype can’t sell so restructured the division based on no input for territories, laid off 4 ROL’s and a manager

Meanwhile, created a new division with 112 people made then interview with new invitae mangers that btw can’t sell either their company went bankrupt and not sure what this amazing generic experience they have is? Small territories, metrics from hell and leaders that will ride you to death because noone will be making their goals. And then Jim on calls who can’t answer questions, no knowledge of customers, and no real expectations. This is a disaster
