We all know we have public access to the salary bands. This is wayyyyy out of the ballpark for base.

With your experience I would think they’d put you in level 3. You could expect around 100k base with 30k bonus

What division? Who is your manager? Part of the country?

comm specialty lowest (pcp w/new title). managers from pcp and brought back some from hospital who used to be pcp in the west. 2 managers now in pcp from hospital but had job before they posted with hospital pcp mgr so assume this is a rep role.

Hosp and oncology higher base and bonus.

Myrbetriq. You’ll call on OB, Urology and PCP. It’s low because astellas underpays. Assuming fezo gets approved you’ll have another drug next year for hot flashes.

Salary Bands are not hard and fast. They can exceed maximum if ASD makes the case and it is approved by HR.

Negotiation skills are needed.

Unfortunately have to agree that Astellas is notoriously crappy when it comes to underpaying for talent. Not too bad about paying for whatever you may be leaving on the table in bonus or longer term incentive though. Still has one of the best all around benefit packages out there by comparison. A launch year can be lucrative with Fezo on tap in ‘23, company is counting on it big time next year. Definitely worse places you could land, but lots of changes and we’re feeling the squeeze right now.
