The only novices are those sitting within a management role at Opko and your post was exactly how I thought an Opko manager would respond, "no one at Opko gives a crap" nice culture built around not giving a crap.

No, I wasn't trying to make anyone feel bad rather I was trying to make those that remain at Opko in a sales role excited that there are plenty of opportunities out there. This was by far the worst career decision I have ever made! Anyone with a brain reading this will agree and words to the wise for anyone considering a position to backfill vacancies PLEASE run don't walk from this house of cards. Know that snake oil salesman managers will tell you lies and lies but do not give in. The longer you have Opko on your resume the more you are going to be blacklisted.

Your a dumbass, if I was blacklisted then why did I just get an offer from Keryx and Medtronic. Opko management ruined the launch of Rayaldee and they all know it. Nothing but a bunch of pussies who can't stand up to the old man. Soon, Opko management will all be in the unemployment line with a big fat FAILURE of a launch to show for. The plague of arrogance will bring on a famine brought on by your own lack of knowing how to use your brain.

Sad to see this play out, Rayaldee is a good drug that deserves to be managed well and by people who know how too bad they are not at Opko.
