If Chris, Adam, Samir, Robert, Sandy, and other feckless ELT leaders agreed to “zero” compensation in 2024 and potentially 2025, that would have send a strong message of how dedicated leadership is to its workers. Instead they fired 1000’s of employees to keep their own jobs. Adam goes around boasting about how he travels on private jets these days. Seriously….. make some sacrifices idiot, show some grace punk. This has been the worst leadership in BMSs history. I’ve been here 30+ years. Horrible leadership

They are all completely tonedeaf. It doesn't matter how many times this is pointed out to them - they either don't care or can't help but flaunt their travels and lavish mtgs they're attending.

It's the modern corporate playbook. Enrich yourself at the expense of others, including shareholders.

This is there only way to win back the thousands and thousands of employees they have disappointment and mislead.
 




It’s interesting. Many posts here on the use of the Netjets private jet service from Terterboro airport have been deleted from here. Clearly it’s touched a nerve with the ELT. CafePharma should stop censoring such posts.
 








Those posts were specifically about Lurch using Netjets & taking his SVPs & VPs on his trips. Funny thing is it’s widely known how he flaunts this. One of his minions must have reported to CP as abuse or he himself must have done it.
 








It’s not just Adam, Samit & Robert are equally NetJets fans. So much for ESG initiatives by BMS.

You don’t need bit€h miles from United when you can fly NetJets. You think they care about BMS? Look at waste in terms of new exec positions created right in the face of the current layoffs. Shameful.

These guys are the worst possible criminals. Not human. Evil to the core. They took away livelihoods because of their idiotic decisions and are wandering the world in private jets. Why is BMS not cutting costs starting there rather than taking the basic right of existence away from people. Now we know why they hired McKinsey. McKinsey kicks out people and keeps private jets, salaries and bonuses of these good for nothings.
 




Unfortunately, greed is a powerful force. As long as they are living the good life, they don’t care. We were told it’s all about the patients and our people. What happened?

Even worse, this week every top exec at BMS is away on vacation right now. This is after they canceled team meetings and vacations for the field. And told us to focus on customers.Rules don’t apply to them. These people are pure evil.

This does seem very hypocritical however it does also reinforce that the upper echelon do nothing to actually drive the business. It is noticed when field sales is missing, not so much when they are.
 




McKinsey practices should be audited. They are paid millions to do the easiest thing. Remove people with no voices. Waiting for a manager free environment and a C suite held accountable first for the downfall of a company. Wishful thinking.
 




There are only 24 hours in a day. Leadership is not using them wisely. The C suite bears responsibility towards the employees and the nation where you are seeing the largest profits. Otherwise down the line in a few years, with jobs gone, sales will be extremely low and high profits from sales will be a distant reality. No one will be able to afford anything as the health care system sucks.
Most Pharma people vote republican but in reality many years back it was Hillary Clinton who strongly opposed outsourcing. Stop outsourcing and hire people of every color and religion here. The whole mindset is messed up. Don’t ruin your countrymen. Stop private jetting to countries where they suck up to you like you are God. Americans from the same countries of origin are treated like scum here. These useless jet setters go to those countries, come back and expect Americans from those countries of origin to behave in the same manner, drooling over them. That is not going to happen. We are here to work, not to suck up. Grow up. Make a pledge to hire back people laid off from 2023 to 2025.
