I got my offer late Friday afternoon.

An abuse deterrant in this class means nothing! The FDA said last year that Endos Opana ER with Intac shows no difference in the rate of abuse and therefore it allowed the generics to stay on the market without the crush resistant formulation. So the brand has it and the generics don't!

The benefit package did not look very good.....time off is on a PTO basis (15 days starting out). Has anyone accepted an offer and is the negotiable?

I interviewed last Tuesday in Dallas and I was told there was 1 other candidate for my territory that was interviewing in Atlanta this week. My interviews went well so I hope the one scheduled in Atlanta for my territory does not go well! The recruiter said I should know by Wednesday or Thursday of this week if I'm going to get an offer.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I think Zogenix will be a great company to work for!!!

Base I was told $75-90k

Bonus $40k for the 1st year

$8k in stock options to sign on

Company car

Benefits do not seem great, but then again my benefits now are not the best either.

May I ask how you know this?

I know this because I interviewed in Dallas last week. Final 2 in each territory were either sent to Dallas last week or Atlanta this week and rolling offers bring made throughout the 2 weeks.

Interviewed in DFW last week. Did not get offer. Recruiter notified me today - Monday. Good company. Would have taken offer in a heartbeat.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but if you interviewd in Dallas last week and haven't heard yet, your chances are low. The person I interviewed against last week, got offer and accepted the next day. They are moving fast.

That's bc both you and the other candidate interviewed in Dallas. Some offers have not gone out yet bc they are interviewing this week in Atlanta for the same territory as someone else who interviewed in Dallas last week.
