Excessive Corneal Staining with Biotrue

Strange that this problem has not been fixed. Probably a continuous strain on the company as the competition will certainly point out over the next few years as a benefit of using their product with B+L lenses and other next generation contact lens products.

AMO's new solution is being sold as a solution that reduces corneal staining.

See at their website:

RevitaLens Contact Lens Solution

* high microorganism kill rates
* removes proteins from the lens surface
* effectively kills Acanthamoeba and Fusarium
* reduces corneal staining
* minimizes risk of eye complications

Reducing corneal staining is a major selling point for this solution.

AMO uses an intelligent disinfection system. The intelligence in this system is Alexidine. B+L pioneers the use of alexidine in ophthalmic products and is now getting squashed by its own innovation from competitors.

Maybe it is time to ask Research some tough questions?
