EXACT STOCK PRICE CRASHING DOWNWARD!

Not sure you understand the point. I wasn’t complaining about the stock price. I was just staying that profitable EBITDA isn’t the same thing as profitable. Exact still isn’t profitable, despite the many claims that it would be by 2021. The worst part about it is that sales should be enough to make the company profitable. But, KC acts like a kid in a candy store with his spending - hiring way too many VPs and GMs at massive salaries and stock options. And, paying millions of dollars to those same employees to send them lacking 18-24 months later. Plus, bloated home office is 3 times bigger than what it should be. It’s mismanagement at its finest.

Bloated home office? You obviously haven’t been there

I'll believe it when I see it. If it happens its not sustainable. If it happens in 4th quarter 2022 its because of cost cutting measures like 3 rounds of layoffs this year. Eventually you're going to run out of people to layoff!

There is definitely still more fat to cut! AM’s can be consolidated and the health system reps have laughable quotas/revenue!!! Those micro territories can easily be dispersed though out the rest of the team. Not saying the heath system reps should be the ones to go, they could take over the territory of the underperforming community rep on their team. Regardless, 1 product does not need this many reps or AM’s. UNLESS a blockbuster of a new product will be launched. We will see

What also happened was hiring incompitant senior management like the former RD in the NW. This has resulted in a former Pfizer management employee being here only 6 months which resulted in lawsuits for millions being filed against the company. They did the same illegal stuff at Pfizer, but got caught at it at Exact.

What prompts you to think that this brief blip is going to sustain itself? Kudos to you guys - it is the Cologuard sales. But how long do you anticipate this to last? If liquid biopsies are never going to see the light of the day, then what is exact sciences doing throwing so many resources at the MRD and MCED? Guardant Health, Grail, and Natera already captured the market (fwiw) in the liquid biopsy space. If and when Exact Sciences can bring those to market, those other 3 companies would have already captured the market fully. Thoughts?

Here's a reality check for the field team. You have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with increased utilization and compliance. Reality check for the SAM team, you either.

Cologuard isn't a success because of the strategies in place, it is a success in spite of the strategies that are in place.

Utilization is driven by health systems, and while SAMs want to take credit for this increased utilization, it has nothing to do with them. It has everything to do with the health systems themselves.

Cuts should still come in a significant way to the field team. You are not needed.
