Evusheld Contract

Yes, the bonuses have been small for biologic reps. However, AZ adjusts goals on a bell shaped curve. 75% of the reps will make between 40k and 50k. With the top obviously exceeding and the bottom 10% making probably 35kish. Plus, these reps are getting 12-15k/yr in stock.

So you’re saying our oncology/immunology counterparts are making 250k+ and they refused to even mention evusheld?

Contracts have such a negative connotation, for tenured reps they used to make up for this by giving us bigger compensation packages. We got shafted on this deal. I guess contracts are reserved for people looking to get into the industry.

Just fyi, they do promote other products… and weren’t even compensated on evusheld lol

Onc rep here in MN. Haven’t seen a single HCP since I don’t know when. Love the 226-250K per year. Don’t forget all of our other benefits. There is ZERO Access here. I cannot believe that we are so lucky to still have these jobs. Keep it coming AZ.

Exactly. This whole time we thought we had the sweet gig, turned out the AZ reps were making more and working less
