Everyday is Garbage Dey!













You're right, the absolute worst company in the world PLUS all the worst, left over, couldn't find a job anywhere else, DMs and RDs! If the job market was better, this place would be a ghost town! P U Stink O Reek Stench Offensive(in more ways than one), and there you have it, garbage Dey!

stop wasting our time bashing former P-club people that currently work for a solid company (Mylan) not sure when you were canned but move on for the love of god

Oh, pleeeze, stop your management love fest! There is a lot going wrong with this place and you know it! If you were to blame for anyone getting "canned" - Shame on you! Anyone who is no longer with the company would love to "move on" but with the poor job economy it is almost impossible. Most of these former employees were great employees and were guilty of eventually making too much money in salary and bonus, so away they went OR when the company was bought, the new DMs and RDs brought in their own people. Remember big mouth, what goes around, comes around!!! I've seen it over and over again!
 






For the most part this is a very good company and we have lost some great people some ok people and some less than ok workers- that is life... they are gone and not coming back. So in "the live in the now" spirit what would you do to make this place better? If you could honestly change 3 things here what would they be?

1. Change many DMs and RDs (you know who you are!) Start in the West!
2. Fair bonus, more importance on SALES, and recognition.
3. Transparency, honesty, and integrity.

As far as "the live in the now", the same "old" things are still going on. Change needs to start at the top and when that happens, that's when "workers" can start living in the "now". If not, the "now" spirit will never happen.
 






Everyone agrees we are underpaid and bonus could be better... as for RDs there are only 4 and they all seem great. As for DMs they are responsible for #'s like reps. The best should be kept and the bottom ones should move on. The company is trying to be transparent and the con calls are designed to keep everyone in the know, which is great if you ask me. Real ideas would have been...


1. Stop expensive auto shipping (overnight) things we def do not need and pay more bonus
2. Pres Club should go to the best reps that made the most Bonus not the ones that hit 300% with a drug that was 25% of their total IC- we are in sales to make the most MONEY! why in the world would you give awards to people that made less! SOOO Stupid!!!
3. Get rid of useless expensive rep voicemail system and pay more bonus for sales
4. Cut Pmist prices for HHC and non chain pharmacies and eliminate quantity minimums for Pmist so Apria will pay their reps on LABAs hence we can hit our stretch goals= reps make more money and company #s grow in a me too mkt
5. Give us decent raises this yr- taxes are up!
