Wow, everyone suddenly got so quiet on here....

Just wanted to let you know I have been looking for a new job since the whole bonus payout thing happened. Have 2 interviews with much better opportunities coming up. One which is a second interview. Used to love it here and have always done well but it's time to go. I really think most are looking, but if you are not, please start. There is no way we are going to be able to keep out credibility moving forward with all the lies we have been told. I really think layoffs are coming as soon as LDMP (or whatever it is called now) gets rejected. Just can't see how that drug gets approved, unless they give out free hand held fans with each new prescription. Really think 25 to 50% will be laid off in next 4-6 months. Also, now that VIvelle Dot is going to continue to be available I think we are in big trouble.

Good luck to all. There are jobs out there. Just look.

BTW, is anyone working? Agree with last post that all the junk happening has hurt this company much more than the money they saved by deceiving the reps.

It is quiet on this site cause there are still people who think you can be tracked on here. Always makes me laugh. Look up the word anonymous in the dictionary. Noven's board here is awful! Too many scaredy cats!

Yes, layoffs will come. If you are in a bottom feeder territory or a part-timer, beware. Your time is running out. Downsize to half the current number by years end.

I'll be out of here soon as well, but by choice.
 






I'm just excited about the q2 bonus. I mean, it's so awesome to know that once q2 is over the company can decide not to pay me! How awesome is that?! Thank you Noven! Can't wait to get out there and tell my doctors how Mini has this new adhesive that does not leave any residue or cause any skin irritation..... Oh wait, that's another thing we were told to tell our providers that was a bold-faced-lie! Can anyone think of others?
 






I'm interviewing. Not in pharma though. Med sales. Got several people in my district who didn't make a bonus that were expecting a payout and got nothing. Adjusted structure and did over 100% to goal and got squat. They are looking as well. What a terrible place to work now.
 


















I was lucky enough to be fired from this awful company, It was the best thing to ever happen to me in hindsight. I am selling in the home health care market, making more money and much more personal satisfaction than pharma could ever give me. My manager was horrible, the same reps were favored year after year with low goals, reps with larger producing territories were low in the rankings, it was like a disfunctional high school . atmosphere.my old territory still sucks, guess it wasn't me! Lol. Leave while you can, not worth the stress.
 






Oh my, another product launch to come our way! Let's see if the company has their ducks in a row this time! Looks like they should do another joint venture with a pharma company that knows how to launch a product. What the heck is going on in NY. People moving around. Reps to may move around soon. Should be an interesting few months. Let's all pray! I am hoping to be out of this mess asap. Good luck to all.

Hey dickhead - this ain't sales bro. This is sample dropping, speaker dinners, and catering breakfast & lunch.

Med devices; now that's sales - pacemakers, knee replacements etc. Try selling capital equipment, financial services, cars etc. All you do is drop samples, get signatures, and feed a bunch of overweight women in medical offices.

Sales? Really? You friggin' tool - STFU !!!
 






Managers being let go??? What next? Wondering who is in the hot seat. A few others should be taking a hike. There is no security at Noven. I am hoping to have something else very soon. Yikes! Good luck to all.
 
























I worked for a pharma company that had a 30% + turnover back in 2006-2007 - not a contract company either. Whether pharma sales or business-to-business sales, its brutal out there pounding the streets. Thanks for all the honest posts.
 






If the company is trending above 100%, then that is normal and acceptable to move the baseline up...if you don't like it, take a hike. Plenty of people would be glad to have the position
