European Lay-offs!









with all the Actos lawsuits in the courts, being patient centric and gaining trust of patients is pretty much dead in the water. Weren't those the key components that would lead to overall success?
 








Based on the Zurich townhall, I finally checked-out. My role is not affected, but this is not going to work.
Lead country concept? Empty words, nothing behind. Patient centric? Takeda is now CEO centric. Growth? With only one brand, Entyvio? Forget it.

I am looking outside - and taking the Takeda salary for bridging. Work only the absolute minimum.
 




After the "CEO in training" performance in Zurich there is only one sure thing...... I am looking outside......
Nevere I have seen in my life such a poor performance on stage from a senior leader (well quite a bold statement in this case!!!!). Absolute vacuum..... LOC centric model (failed elsewhere), no regional marketing, patient at the centre (where was so far?), global concept built around Entivyo and Nesina family (about to be lincensed out.....)..... no concrete reply to any of the questions.
Keep training Roquefort..... Plenty you need!!!!!!!!!!
 




This is a "CEO in transition". He is only the tool of the Japanese. Needs to make people redundant, loose his reputation, earns a lot of money and goes. The Japanese Mafia in Takeda can the re-build it from the scratch and be successful.
 




Thought about this one: Why does a leader of a Business Unit leave at the time where this Business Unit is getting significantly more important? GSK acquired the Novartis Vaccines just after Weber left. Pretty sure that the Vaccine deal has been discussed at that time already.

Either our CEO zerozero left because of the opportunity with Takeda, or GSK "left" zerozero because he was too junior....

It is a real nightmare: The whole week, the office has been dark and empty. Only some "Leaders" were there, fishing for work. In case this continues, I jump off the 6th floor when the autmun arrives.

The incompetency of this restructure costs Crapkeda so much money and kills productivity and careers.
