That number is high for 1st year. You should expect $90- 100. All depends on the territory. The company has had alot of turnover and most reps are not happy. Management is not very good- a lot of back stabbing- where are you located?
 




































Don't over think this one. If you need a job or are looking to get into device, take it. This job is a great place to build relationships with surgeons from just about any surgical specialty and hospital decision makers. After about 2 years with this company and if you have done a good job at the aforementioned, you can right your ticket elsewhere and make some real cash. I did! No one from EES is going to Ethicon Products. They would have to be severely retarded to do so. EP has a base of 45K - 50K vs 75 - 95 at EES. EP's 2011 Commission at plan is 55K. Not sure what EES plan is but I know they make 135 - 165k total comp. At least the three that work with me do.
 






























all you need to know is the comp plan , and how to protect your business. Very hard to incrementally grow. Great place to be from , great training , but not worth the pay. Granted i have a much larger salary than you and i am not going anywhere been here to long. Listen , learn , and never ask questions in any type of group setting , and never complain and always agree with your boss .

Yes that guy is such a joke!! Everyone laughs at him. He does shit and thinks he's top notch. I saw him at the gym 3 days in a row at 10am. I was on vacation... But apparently this douche is on vacation all the time. WTF does this guy do?!? I know for a fact he rides on his extremely experienced team to make it through yr to yr.

When you are a manager you can go to the gym at 10am too. I love when reps ask what managers do and complain we ride on the teams back. First we can do whatever the f we want during the week when not in the field watching you make shit up and taking us around to he few accounts you have that actually know your name and secondly you bet your ass we ride on the teams back! What the fuck do you expect? A manager is only as good as his team and we cant be successful unless the team is. Any good manager knows this. You reps are so real stupid bastards.
