who trains these managers to be so unprofessional? is it tone from the top or have they all grown up with medicisland and are totally out of touch on effective management skills?

all i can say is what goes around comes around...and i can't wait to see it happen to them.
 












According to a recent survey 57 million employees are victims of bullying, benefits squeezed, threatened with termination; the list goes on. I'm surprised the lawsuits don't start popping up like flowers after a springtime rain.

they ( Lawsuits) can't although we'd like to. Kindof depends what circuit court you reside in as to how they'll interpret....but... . You have to be in possession of one of our stock award agreements to understand the dirty underhandy sneaky way JS presents stock awards. they are really "unfair" consideration for signing an agreement never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever to sue him or his company.only some of us have never even seen nor taken constructive reciept of this agreement, but somehow his lawyers say we have. more suspicion surrounding this creepy place. Hotel Arizona. you can checkout anytime but you like but you can never leave.Spooky shit here.
 






I am certainly disappointed in this company..there are such double standards with how they treat reps..certain upper management have lied, cheated, and have broken every GPP possible..how in the world does the Derm community respect this company when they treat most of the reps like shit? Doesn't make much sense..
 






They have paid docs off for years and then fire and rehire reps that beg for scripts to keep their jobs. Viscous cycle that needs to end. Support Dr. Phil to end this sick environment!!!

the male docs think he's a peice of shit. The lady derms go gaga over him, so they don;t even get it how they treat the reps. They fight to sit next to him at dinner functions . bimbos. too much schooling not enough street smarts, what do your expect? i think it sclear where getting too close to him will get you. No thanks, not interested.
