With this company, it seems mgmt. and board fail in their endeavors to get wealthy. Most other companies it is success that leads to wealth.

It is pretty clear what JJ meant when he said he will do what is "best for the company" with respect to the 620M due in January 2016.

If anyone thinks that comment was "off the cuff" you would likely be wrong. It was probably discussed in depth with counsel. In lieu of going into details he was likely covering himself with a caveat to anyone listening. If what he has to say about the debt at the next CC has a terrible effect on you whether you are an employee, patient or an investor, he did legally warn you that the decision will be about the company only with no bearing whatever on what it means to you. He is covered.

IMO, this goes to the point about what the OP said about "genuine"

Most of the posts on this board are from someone who claims to work for the company but does not. His sole purpose is to pump the company for his own monetary agenda.

Lawfully he probably gave an update. Was that an "honorable" update? He then told us we would "expect" that he would not provide details. What did he really think people were expecting when he said he would give an update?

To the OP's question, I think March 3 gave everyone a good indication.
 






Hearing a lot of anger directed at JJ and management in the last few days. Must be ASM time. This is the only company that is so ashamed and knows how badly they have hurt tens of thousands of people that they have had security or even actual law enforcement at ASMs. This one will probably be no different. They let people like MG and SB stay on long after the destruction of the company. SB is even still here. Truly disgusting.

Maybe at the ASM someone will ask JJ why DNDN is fighting the Herbert Silverberg lawsuit and why board members named in the suit like Susan Bayh are not asked to resign. People in the audience should understand that a win for Silverberg could be a huge win for DNDN and cancer patients.

You know nothing. When JJ was at OBI, Procrit had negative growth. When he left Procrit market share was at an all time low. The bounce back to market leadership occured long after he was gone.
