Esperion Board of Directors being investigated for fiduciary fraud!!

Really? All is well. Emoyees with Madoff and Enron said the same thing. I guess your a key insider the. Everything Esperion has done since the initial first interviews to the failed launch and bumbling business plan and the constant begging for money has been done with deceit in mind. No board gets investigated unless investors were scammed. Any investor has a right to question this Board of Directors especially after this real time train wreck has gone on for 3 years.
 












This has been an ongoing investigation for the last 6 weeks. A great deal of unscrupulous investor activity has gone on the last 2 years. Investors have been been taken advantage of and negotiations are ongoing for fines and losses in stock value. Will see how this ends up as it won't be a pretty picture despite some of the overly optimistic posts.

Sadly, Esperion investors are merely fools being parted from their money.
 






Investors have nobody to blame but themselves. Whoever didn't bail on this stock when it dropped like a rock from 70's to single digits were fools. If your broker advised you to hold then you need to fire him and sue him along with Esperion for running such a boiler room.
 


















This investigation should be wrapping up soon. They've taken their time with this which is never a good sign for companies. All the big talk we've witnessed on this board about such a rosy picture for Esperion will once and for all put this to bed. If your dumb enough to still be employed at Esperion when this all goes down than that's on you.
