Esbriet will IMO lose another 20 CS's and much of it is a result of such poor management from the top. The mistakes and miscues, the hiring of incompetent managers, which has lead to a revolving door of people. Management's constant lies and stories for why things don't turn out the way it should be is embarrassing and yet no one is help accountable.
 






So only speculating, but what changes do we see in the “Tranformation” transition? I can see reps and managers being displaced for bigger territories. But maybe not since so many are leaving. They lost my trust again on how they handled dismantaling the Pulmozine reps. It does not seem to end with the poor decision making.
