Remember when Revance events were well-organized, and salespeople were invited to enhance the customer experience in Nashville? Erica and her buddy Tonya seem to believe that sales will thrive and events will succeed with just the help of an associate level marketing team. We are genuinely concerned about our future, and customers are frustrated that no PACs will be attending. It's been one poor decision after another. Foley and the board, when will you step in to fix this? Erica has to be removed if Revance is to thrive.

While I agree with some things on this page, this is simply not true. The teams rallied together and the event was rated a huge success by customers. This message is a complete lie by disgruntled sales leadership. Please don’t confuse the efforts of an awesome HQ team with your hurt feelings about not being able to attend.

This isn’t the fault of woman leadership, this is incompetence and mismanagement. EJ sucks, but Mark Foley is ultimately to blame. He’s allowed incompetent leadership from Dustin to RJ to Taryn. why did NO ONE fight for our RSU to vest? we all came here on promised shares. we worked late hours and weekends in field so managers could vacation. why did no one put into the agreement that our measly six dollar shares would vest upon acquisition? no one took care of the people who put in actual work. Crown better approach the sales force with compassion bc our customers are watching how revance leadership treated us. they are going to watch crown also. This industry is too competitive now, and OUR relationships will follow us…. not the managers that pretend they know how to sell bc they took a challenger day class.

I'm really inspired by the Crown's leadership, and I'm confident that once they have a conversation with Erica and her team, they'll quickly see that she doesn't share their leadership values.

Same reason why in 2023 they dropped $50k worth of "share vest income" onto our W2 even though those shares were never cashed in or got $50k out of the shares becasue the stock price dropped so quickly. My tax person had to explain to me why I had $50k in stock taxable income but no income. NO warning from RVNC or explaination.
 






I hope she and any future prospective employer knows how disgustingly dishonest and fake she actually is. She is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever met, and I hope any future company knows that the day that she is hired all hope is lost. I have heard her brag about laying off people from her last company and then she laid off virtually all the people that heard her say that a couple weeks later—from AR. For someone who touts about how important it is to have women in the workplace, she surely doesn’t give a crap about them; or just anyone in general. She should not be in our industry, she doesn’t belong, and her name will always represent something awful to the workforce she had; it’s a small community.
