How does the board not see how detrimental this woman is for Revance? Have they noticed the turnover in the marketing department? We no longer have any marketers who understand or know anything about Aesthetics and it shows by the promotion they roll out. the new promo is awful. first they say dont load up accounts so much…now the promos are based on LOADING up accounts. The marketing has NO clue and asked ZERO reps their input. i pray someone buys us!
 












Why is the board funding Erica's travel to meet with customers? None of the customers know or respect her, nor are they interested in discussing a business she doesn't comprehend. They need to hire someone with established relationships in Aesthetics who genuinely understands how the business operates in this field..

Reducing the stock to almost a penny stock during her tenure isn’t enough of a scandal to realize her leadership is ineffective???

Apparently never, no one seems to be steering this ship, and it’s sinking like the Titanic. She's so bad at her job that she needs Tonya, who knows even less, to help her answer questions from the field. The ironic part is that the field knows neither of them can provide answers, so they don't ask any questions at all.
 












Do you recall when she told a new hire class that she has never sold a company at a loss? Where is this remarkable acquisition she mentioned? It seems like she's leading us straight towards bankruptcy.
 
























Remember when Revance events were well-organized, and salespeople were invited to enhance the customer experience in Nashville? Erica and her buddy Tonya seem to believe that sales will thrive and events will succeed with just the help of an associate level marketing team. We are genuinely concerned about our future, and customers are frustrated that no PACs will be attending. It's been one poor decision after another. Foley and the board, when will you step in to fix this? Erica has to be removed if Revance is to thrive.
