These last 2 weeks of losing your good leaders is the tip of the iceberg. The problem is the bad ones are still here on the East and in the West. Losing Luther and Coop is a huge loss not because we lost 2 minority incredible leaders but their impact of leaders we would run through a wall through is now gone. Ask some hard questions and make changes so that Alkermes because the destination company it once was.
 






EB, you have been at Sunovion and Otsuka.

NE and MA Regional Directors are less than skillful. You covered these areas before and you should know this for yourself.

Coop not only launched well with Aristada in the NW (Used his knowledge learned from Otsuka) but relocated to California and did well there. He had psych experience that the others never had and sadly they still have not learned. DW had no problem using her Janssen history, but it wasn’t with Consta, Invega, or Sustenna.

EB, you of all people should be able to see this. Sad that your earnings call said Aristada was up 4% YOY even with price increases. Can’t even be happy with the QOQ growth with Lybalvi. I guess using YOY with a launch product makes it seem better. Maybe if you didn’t allow these RDs to get rid of your good TBMs you’d be better off.
 






EB, you have to CREATE a great company culture, you do this with leading by example. Clean house of these toxic RD’s and show this sales force you value the TBM’s , you talk the talk of TBM’s being the lifeblood of the organization but can you walk the walk? A sales force that feels supported and appreciated by actions not words from the top down will perform MUCH better. You can start immediately in the West.

The good ones see the tea leafs before crap hits the fan. And then we are left with this shiz like Deena and company who ruin the culture, create fear based managers, and get rid of the good reps. Ask the right questions or look at retention rates for certain teams and geographies and you will begin rooting out the huge hell created by certain leaders

This is true at all companies. The truth is if EB wants to have a great year with sales he needs to shitcan Ward and others that are complete nuisances and hurt business as well as careers. Let’s see if he can make this an actionable item!

not sure if that’s the reason he left this hell hole but that pissed us off as a region. What a STUPID rule to not reward him with a PC award — just an embarrassment and another example of how Alks is cheap, inconsiderate and doesn’t give a crap about any of us.

He was always so full of positive energy and made us feel like we mattered and sheilded us from all the misery that the other regions endure .

Wow! That call yesterday was RIDICULOUS and a complete waste of time. Eric needs to wake up! Reiterating exactly the same things from NSM, and now validating us on 2 product call? Stop with childish nonsense forced down the throats of adults and tenured reps.
 


















This is all the problem when this company has to do anything to support the numbers for earnings calls. If the products were actually doing what RP promised then things would be different. All of this is to show action for the needed outcome. We are all owned by investors that want a return to pay a very over valued CEO. The stock was over 60 when Aristada launched. We are at 26 after 9 years and then adjust that for inflation.
