What world do you live in? Managing up, kissing up, whatever you want to call it happens everywhere. If you are any good at it and can get a few things accomplished along the way, you have played the game well.
 


















Why do you guys so asinine? I guess you went to college and it was a waste of time. Do you know how many people are successful and never went to college and make more money that you will ever dream to make.Some people are self taught,so kudos to them. Yes, my mama wears an army boot but what does have to do with the price of tea in China? Instead of dissing your fellow co-workers, why don't you try to make the company profitable so that they continue to pay your darn salary. The problem with you guys is that your mama told you that your were great and the best and, now that your are an adult, you are a loser! Your mama lied to you!!! You are pissed because some one else did better that you in their life and you are just a perfect nonentity.
Food for thought: if you have kids they can turn to be just like the people you are dissing. But you are morons and you cannot see it.
If your were in the same position as the people you denigrate what you you do? All your relative and friends would be there too. You guys are inhumane, nasty and cannot see further that you big ass nose.

Hey dumbass. WE's success is a cinderella story. Don't make it sound like it is something we all should try and do. Will you tell your children not to go to school but learn how to kiss up and manipulate to make up for the lack of education?
 












WE truly loves bio and the people in it. Through all the hooting and hollering I have seen and heard of him fighting for the front line but with that being said, he would never leave voluntarily not only because of his love for bio, but you can't deny, the guy has it pretty damn good. If he is leaving, I truly believe we should all heed the warning and take a look at the very obvious signs all around us and not put ourselves in a position where we are saying hindsight is 20/20. Be proactive and not REACTIVE. SOMETHING IS HAPPENING, THE ATMOSPHERE IS CHANGING AND NO ONE HAS JOB SECURITY LIKE THEY USED TO.
