Equipment Specialist

I am about to take the proctored exam at the local Patterson Dental Branch. I suppose I will need to pass the test or the rest of my post is worthless. I come from a successful background in Medical Device sales. The local Branch Manager knows of me and asked me to apply for the Patterson Dental Equipment Specialist Position. I have only been able to find discussion on rep positions. Can anyone give some insight on the Equipment specialist position? It seems to me to be an advanced rep position? Any information would be great. Linked in has tons of Equipment Specialists, who all seem to have successful careers. It appears they don't leave the position once they are there, which implies to me that they must like it. How is it different than a rep position? What is the pay scale and Draw schedule? Talk to me. thanks

Well for starters you should probably have posted this under Paterson and not Pearson.
