I guess my sarcasm didn’t come across when I posted. It shows how people stereotype those who aren’t part of their tribe. It’s counterproductive and helps foster racism.
It’s not a stereotype. Look who dominates the C-Suite and Middle Management by 95% or greater. Why are they given the benefit of the doubt time and time and time again that they are the best qualified and best fit for the job. All white men panels should be banned and companies fined if it occurs. No more blah blah blah bullshite rhetoric and diversity talk. Real Change happens in the C Suite!
