Nazi is the shortened term for the German translation of National Socialism. Which is not too far on the ideological spectrum from Marxism/Leninism. BML is Marxist. First reeducate, and if that fails, eradicate, your enemies. Socialism and Communism eradicated over 100 million in the last century. The current stance of the Company since 2018 with company wide reeducation efforts, and now the OPs stance of elimination is not surprising. History is merely repeating itself.

However, this Generation of Millennials know true change won’t occur until The “system” of having Average /Below Average Tom, Larry, and Dick’s determine who gets the “Good” paying jobs in America needs to end. The C Suite and Middle Level Management need to change and get those people out. That “Good Ole Boy” system of unqualified men needs to go. Get ready to get Comfortable with the uncomfortable until that happens. And, this generation will leverage the power they do have to make it happen. Big money in Corporate America is already making changes because they see the numbers in the future. Follow the money on why “you people” are uncomfortable.

When “other” walks into that interviewing room, Jim, Bob, and Steve don’t care whether they have a dad and a mom and 2 degrees from Harvard. Is that a requirement for the job about divorced parents or something? If you don’t have the complexion for protection, the outcomes will always be what it is now in the industry. All these conference calls won’t make a difference. But, I’m confident this reckoning is a Movement and not a Moment happening in America. Year 2030: “Leroy, Shaneequa , and Jose are looking for a fit. Sorry Bob Jr. Good luck out there and keep checking our website for openings. Don’t call us, we’ll call you should your qualifications match what we are looking for.” 5 minutes later.. “Tyrone, This is Shaneequa. I worked with your dad Leroy. We have an opening that’s not posted. You’re interested”?” Does this playbook sound familiar, Tom?
