Add a guy to to board of directors and gift him over 11,000 shares of stock..... Just wondering what the equity situation is for the sales people actually grinding every day to contribute to the bottom line?

What are shares of stock? The must be similar to the matching 401K that we've been promised for the last few years but hasn't happened.

Who is GC? For VP of Sales, the sales reps never hear from the guy. A VP of Sales who doesn't interact with the sales force.

EC has lost about $9 per share since its IPO. Multiply that by the 24 million outstanding shares and you get the endless money pit this piece of crap company is. God I wish I could short the fuck out of this stock!
