How come WC is losing their best employees?
How come no one wants to stay here anymore?
They have not only lost their best talents in the past few weeks but they keep rewarding employees that are unethical
In the couple of days here there have been many resignations, one after the other and there are more to come
WC open your eyes
Now the Obama plan allows free birth control, all including are ortho products and generics. The strongest division at wc was the oc division and now well whats left of WC? the answer is nothing

Quit your crying. Our best employees may be leaving for better opportunities, did that ever cross your mind? This is sales, there is always movement in sales and top performers generally look elsewhere after sometime with the company. As far as free generics, who cares. It won't make a difference. We are talking about $9/mo to $0/mo. The patients paying 25 for our drug wont care. Let's ask the question, would you rather have a free 1986 suburu or, for a mere $100/mo, take a mercedes? I'd opt for the Mercedes. Generics will win their 50-60% of the market regardless of cost. Furthermore, I know 2 of the people promoted personally and nothing about their salesmanship screams unethical. They are good, hard working people. Get off your high horse and go back to work and quit crying on cafepharma.

The difference isn't as strong as you are making it. When the friendly neighborhood pharmists suggests the generic, or doesn't ask the patient and just subs for the brand, WC will lose. Do you really think what you sell is so special to patients that they are willng to overpay? What is in it for them? Brand?

All OCs are indicated for contraception...that is the bottom line. 21/7, 24/4, they all work. Obama will ensure everyone gets generics, how is your R and D dept doing for patients who will prefer the BRAND?

What's the other one we have? 21/7? 24/4? What's the other one? Of course every pill is indicated for contraception, certain pills come with certain side effect profiles. Go to the Bayer board and ask how they drosperinone products are doing and how many lawsuits they have.

You are an idiot. Of course there is a difference between generics and branded. Any HCP will admit it. Furthermore dumbass, there is no generic equivalent for Loloestrin. And just cause we have a budget doest mean it gets fully utilized! It's hard to get people out to dinners and there is only so many lunches you can do at one place talking about the same things. Go back in the hole you came from, quit being bitter because you got canned, and start talking
in the mirror to really freshen up those interviewing skills. Telecommunications is a great field, jump on in!

Because you are a fucking loser that acts Like you are a salesperson at WC (which you probably are) and have shared in the spoils of the loosely regulated skechiest pharmaceutical company on the planet you think you know something. I can tell you for a fact because I worked at WC that it is the biggest shit hole on earth. I had numerous friends across the country that had the exact same experience. Wine and dine staff regardless of federal rules, have physicians speak to their own staff, finding ways to get Dr's to RX at any cost.....you know the company policy jackass, get the job done at any cost. You are a fucking cowardly crooked loser, just the same as all the slime in brass at New Jersey. The Feds are already investigating WC and I can not wait to see that company get all that it has coming to it. The number of good people that had left their jobs for a "seemingly excellent opportunity" turns out to be false hope and almost unattainable reality. This is funny, just reading this thread. Generics ARE a real threat, you just wait and see. I've been there, and know for fact, you are living a pipe dream. Second, this company does do the "informal dinners" twice a week, just to get patients. We all know in the industry, this is a violation of the guidelines. I hope you all get caught, and the Dr's refuse to play your game. You are not out for the patients, you are out for yourselves. Clearly, a violation of the Hippocratic Oath. You are such a tool! Generics have always had the market majority!! What's gonna change now? NOTHING! And trust me, I am lucky if I can get doctors out for dinner 2x in one month, let alone a week. You are an idiot, and we follow all the rules we need to with caps, sign in sheets and what not. Get over yourself, sorry you are not happy when you look in the mirror.
