Fraudulent employee....fraudulent company
Google it.... Dr. Tressie Duffy and AIT employee Tracey Colbert Martinsburg WV indicted
On 100 felonies facing 20 years in prison on each count
And a one million dollar fine.

being charged, knowing, and being neglectful are different things . From what AIT is promoting with test codes might suggest they put the dollar before ethics. No wonder they have lost a national sales force in one year.

funny you say promoting test codes. They are offering to have an RN research data in one of my accounts and let the account bill for test codes. (yes bill for work they didn't do) Lucky that my client asked me if this was legal. Probably won't be long till they end up with more federal problems than they currently have. Sounds like a really good company when the founder rips off the employees.

How many bath salt, synthetic marijuana test are being performed?

Good question - they've been advised that it isn't necessary to perform those types of designer tests on a general population...

I'm guessing they didn't listen...

My advice - look at the scope of testing for the synthetic marijuana testing and let me know if they offer a good service.

Sounds like they are encouraging doctors to bill for testing that is not necessary and billing for work the office is not performing.
Do they really have an RN? Are they doing tasks for an office and having the client bill for those tasks? I mean with a CT being charged with felonies, why would they even think this is a good idea?

Yeah they just did a press release on guide med? Which sounds like gonna get fined med. They either are eating a lot of costs or encouraging clients to bill for work they shouldn't be. The later being the most accurate since they cannot keep a client in my territory because of poor service. Guess you have to do something desperate when your turn around time is effectively 7 days and you can't identify patients properly on reports. So if you can't do that last part right how can your statistics be trusted when you can't report results correctly?

Not only can they not produce correct reports, they can't even figure out how to fix it. How they promissed it would never happen again; but it did for months. (AND this is how they treated one of there top 4 clients) They best part is SL was the one who came in person and lied right to their face, and from what I hear that's nothing new. Why hasn't the board removed two people? Employees should demand two people's removal.

SL and KM?

It's quite amusing how some people can be the judge and jury, without so much as an insignificant online law degree. If Justin Taylor ("the compliance guy") completed an investigation and knew he/she was working for the doc, why didn't they fire that person then?

It is obvious some people have not been around long enough. There is reason why the company is not telling you anything about the litigation they are currently under or the truth about their retention. When you have an extreme turnover rate like AIT it is not because you are doing things right. Run or join the class action lawsuit that is about to hit them.
