Definitely a flaming pile of poo with no end in sight.
Worst company in Pharma! When the people who lead the Brands constantly leave on establish brands and those coming to market tells you all you need to know that the brand plans and strategies are shit!Stocks down another 5% today and nearly 50% YTD. What a dumpster fire! So glad I am no longer there.
Not to mention that PB is partnering with Axtria on panels sharing his ‘expert’ opinions on what Bayer is doing right and others internally ES doing the same as subject matter experts. What a fucking joke both are worthless pieces of shit that absolutely have not idea what they’re doing and yet they are speaking as subject matter experts within the industry. So bad so really really bad.Worst company in Pharma! Well said he is an embarrassment to this company yet we let him speak on Bayer's behalf. Not a good look!It is mind-boggling that anyone would ask Paul to be an expert anything as poorly as we perform and with what are culture has deteriorated to.
the sales leadership here is scum. This industry is gone face it. We are all doing nothing but busy work, access is a jokeWell said he is an embarrassment to this company yet we let him speak on Bayer's behalf. Not a good look!
None of the current leadership at Bayer's U.S. Pharma division would qualify for leadership positions at reputable pharmaceutical companies. The organization is structurally unsound and on the brink of significant upheaval due to a lack of necessary reforms at the executive level in U.S. Pharma. Their resistance to implementing critical changes is undermining the stability and credibility of the company.the sales leadership here is scum. This industry is gone face it. Sadly this is the state of all big pharma rnNone of the current leadership at Bayer's U.S. Pharma division would qualify for leadership positions at reputable pharmaceutical companies. This is the face of their future. they will have to deal with the consequences of following this path quietly and turning their backs on their employees to save themselves.None of the current leadership at Bayer's U.S. Pharma division would qualify for leadership positions at reputable pharmaceutical companies. In my observations, it’s clear that Bayer is losing out on talent, particularly among those high-performing individuals beyond sales consultants that perhaps is your observation of the individuals job hopping. The high performing professionals I observed leaving don't typically leave just for higher salaries; they're seeking a strong company culture, a clear pipeline for growth, and overall organizational performance. Unfortunately, Bayer's current standing—marked by lackluster stock and STI/LTI performance—has created a challenging environment. Most of the people I see leave this place end up having several jobs in a short period of time. It’s laughable and shows that they will be miserable anywhere. It’s probably the wrong industry for them. Just check LinkedIn. This happened the other day. Someone was telling me how they hated Bayer but was on their 4th company in 5 years. It’s not that bad here. They are paying well and lots of launches in the next couple of years.
