Your kidding me, right? I have been at other companies and have spoken with people at other companies where they have KAM's. ALKS is the only one where there is no none zero part of their bonus that is attached to market share or volume of our products in the geography the KAM covers. That is absolutely BS!! It's even more BS that senior management allowed their IC to be set up that way. They way they are rewarded says it all. AH and PC are stealing from this company and setting up their KAM's IC so they can steal too. This place has become so dysfunctional and our leaders let the KAM's get away with it. Don't even get me started on the hospital reps. One good move is RB was promoted so there won't be as many premium liquor filled expensive dinners expensed when he is in the field working with his hospital reps. I'm a long timer here and can't believe what this company has turned into. Cut the damn KAM's and FRM's in half and really look closely if we need a hospital team and if we do fire all the managers and start from scratch. You ALL know why!!I wish you and everyone else would stop with the “non-revenue” producing position bashing. Having a strong Market Access and Health Systems team are part and parcel of creating a high performing organization. You complain like all Alkermes should have are field representatives. You had that and how have the last few years been? You cannot sell Vivitrol in the middle of and opioid crisis, you cannot ensure second and third dosing of a product that should be positioned be a market leader and you complain about having cross functional partners, GMAFB. Try supporting leadership and working with your team. Stop complaining.
