Well this is inexcusable.

Syneos will not pay you until they are paid by Lilly. Once they send the invoice for commissions to Lilly, Lilly likely has 90 days or more to actually send the cash, this is called "payment terms". The longer the payment terms the better for the client company, the WORSE for the reps on the client contract. Syneos does not care, they are not out any cash at any time because they are waiting for the cash to hit the bank before putting it to payroll.

To be clear, Syneos is your employer. You have a commission agreement with Syneos, not directly with Lilly. Syneos could pay you on time, Syeos chooses not to do this. So in effect, you are the ones giving Lilly an interest free loan and your employer is feeling no pain about it. Congratulations.
