Anyone else on the Jardiance contract? First day was today, what are your thoughts so far? Seems like a massive team. first time with Syneos, trying to get discussion started with some more experienced reps on what to expect.

Like any other contract, you need to pull your own weight and sell the drug, all of the members on the team! No other way to keep the contract going.

Honestly worst part about this job is the Lilly reps... I haven't met one I like, And I ain't seen a Lilly rep pull a full days work since I got here. Honestly I don't think they even worked til we hit the field.

Ain’t nothing that’s a dream job with contract sales . Why not work with Lilly directly and get paid a respectable base vs a Syneos base?

Not meant to be sarcastic. I thought Lilly laid just like other big pharma. Was essentially talked out of even applying because was told “the base is low”.

Doesn't matter what anyone tells you the length of the contract is... at the end of the day It's a contract job... If you're worried about having to job hunt in a couple months then contract work may not be for you. Nothing is guaranteed in the contract world.
