My guess is that they will lay us all off and then we can apply for the few jobs left with managers getting priority over the jobs left. This way they can can bring us in with lower pay and a signed document saying that if we leave before a cetain period of time then there is a financial penalty. This legally is the easiest way when the lay offs are as deep as this.

When these managers get these sales jobs, I hope that somebody chews on their ass the way they chew on ours. This way the managers will find out it isn't so easy out here with all of this accurate data that is shoveled down. It's the OZ Principal in that it's all your fault whether you can control it or not.
