EEOC investigating more discrimination charges from Western Regional Director!

Here we go again; another EEOC charge for a Western Regional Manager! WOW will it ever stop? the things this manager has gotton away with is going to be the death of this company, and to make matters worst this person has a very shady passed, including involment in a class action law suit from a previous employer. My suggestion, is to step down from leadership, stay in your lane;you know yourself that you have messed over alot of people because of your own personal demons.

All the executive coaching and psychotherapy is not going to help you, and you can no longer hide behind your so called belief in God; stop using him as a scape goat for your bad behavior.Narcisisim is not cute, your behavior and arrogance is appallling, and the people who you think are your friends, or who you have promoted really talk and laugh about you behind your back. Lastly, rethink about the example you are showing your kids, do they really know who you are?, better yet, do you know who you are?
 




































They are Jeff Maxwell and Doug Speas, I really shound'nt say being in a generalist...but these are bad news! Along with Gus, but thats another region..

Gus will have to pay for his destructive behavior, and giving the execuse for a "bad child hood" does not give you an excuse to bring your toxic behavior into the lives of others! You should be ashame!
 
















News Flash! Gus received a visionary award from AA during POA. I was laughing so hard in disbelief. This is what you call some good old fashion " damage control".

Oh YEAH Thank You Novo for giving GUS yet another award for his piss poor behavior. I have long since left Novo and I hope and pray that you and all of your shithead managers live long and prosper at Novo. I never want to see you at my new Company.
 
















Funny - this thread is more than 1 year old and still no charges. Could it be, perhaps, you may have started this rumor hoping to cause Gus damage?

My guess, he fired you because you were doing the same thing at work as you do on CP - LIE!
