I HAVE made real contributions as drs smith and Randy are both writing now; they have many patients that will benefit as a result of my efforts and expertise.
 












There are some bad manipulative sociopathic people at this company. one being JM a Nurse Educator - currently work with it. Absolute worst of the worse, thats the problem with this industry - manipulate - play the game - about the optics - and lie - so in that respect well done

Yes, they are everywhere and in every role possible. It is every man for himself because DSO has not been implemented at the field level yet. It’s really a miserable experience in the field right now.

Big Pharma is not a meritocracy. You can’t expect much from these “leaders” -air quotes, being facetious. A lot of self aggrandizement while they stab you straight in the back with their shit eating grins for their own personal gain.
