Can someone please explain what these new echo systems look like for reps?
Are they in one therapeutic area or more ie CV-WHC?

Most likely will look different in every country as it is all based on your country’s healthcare system. There is no way to prepare ahead of time for this change. Was the squad leader a former manager or rep? I work in another country and am trying to understand the system.
Fut the shuck upThis CEO ruined the great culture at Genentech; many people validate this fact.
Bumpy ride until 2-3 years when this character leaves Bayer- truth!!!!

15 reps per Squad leader. The Squad leaders are former VP’s and Area Directors that lost their position. They also moved 2 managers up to be Squad Leaders (Area General Manager or AGM is official title.). Territories didn’t change BUT about 18 reps got the screwing of their lifetime because they took the approximately 18 RAL’s and BDL’s (Probably considered KAM’s in other divisions) and eliminated their current role BUT KICKED OUT THE rep in the territory that the RAL or BDL lived. They did it across the board no matter what the seniority. Lost great reps because many of the RAL and BDL’s were not worthy to be saved. Sad sad sad. No one really knows what the AGM’s will be doing. The only word we hear is “Coach”.What does the WHC squad look like? Reps covering same territories?
Whats the squad leaders role?

If we are putting the customer at the center and those in the field are closest to them then why were all the new AGMs at immersion training first and not the field? Shouldn't they be the first to learn of our new way of working? Or are we reverting to our old style unconsciously and subconsciously supporting the AGMs old style mindset? The shift is difficult on its own without an added level of complexity. AGMs must relinquish control in the new system. Who thinks that is going to happen? This Bill Anderson CEO window dressing will just make things more of a cluster F. Newsflash Mr. CEO - focus on Crop Science and perhaps deliver on some new innovative products not this 90 day garbage that will be a Chinese Fire Drill; ruined Genentech - stay in your ivory tower!!!

Your contempt for the lifeblood of the organization and condescending comments are precisely why many are questioning the selections for the AGM positions. DSO eliminates hierarchical control, get used to it skippy. The tail will wag the dog now.
That is hilarious, you're not a doctor or scientist. You contribute nothing to health. You're just a rep that gets paid way more than you deserve to drive around in a car to annoy doctors to prescribe. You are not the lifeblood, you're an expandable and extremely replaceable pawn. Come back when you have made some real contributions to medicine
