Paying Chis Christy $800,000.00, paying out 3.5 million in law suits, revolving door of employees. These are all signs of, as Deming calls it, a dysfunctional organization. That dysfuctionality starts at the top, which means the so call board does nothing and is oblivious to how poorly Pacira is operating. CEO needs to be replaced and complete re engineering needs to occur

Don't forget the $18,0000,000 paid to Depuy-Synthes to end our "collaboration."
We'll have to see what the Abell suit costs us. I'd replace dysfuntionality with lack of accountability. Once upon a time there were respected, capable leaders in this organization, no more. That was in a galaxy far, far away....

Accepting mediocrity leads to Dysfunction, Indifference, and, yes, Complacency. This company loves acronyms. Perfect description of our leadership, DICs.

That missing "y" makes a difference, males are xy chromosomed.

I had to look up sycophant, a person who acts obsequiously toward someone important to gain advantage.

Then I had to look up obsequious, obedient or attentive to an excessive or servile degree.

Either way its someone who kisses ass. Which perfectly describes Pacira's ADs and RDs.
 






Another day, another lawsuit...against Sycophant #2 Joyce D. Sycophant #1? Of course, Denny. Isn't Tony tired of this bs, yet, or at least mortified being Stack's catamite? There's a word for Webster's.
 






























EEOC, against Joyce, for discrimination. . This is like a Four-pete? At least she is consistent. Taken out of Tony's hands AGAIN as outside firm hired. Why do they even employ him? To stand on stage, turn bright red as Dave uses him as his FDA story buffoon: "Tony and I were on a train to DC to rip the FDA a new one but all we came back w/ was a crappy shoulder block indication and our tail between our vaginas."

Hey Mr. vocabulary, you might want to check a real dictionary- dysfunctionality is a real word. Also Rhodes Scholar ( I am sure you have no idea of what one is) you may consider cracking a book once a decade so you can sound as if you graduated from 8th grade, or, as you say "sound smart!"

Mr. Merriam... a minute, please? May I suggest you peruse an actual dictionary as dysfunctionality is, in fact, a word. As an apparent Mensa Member you are no doubt aware that utilizing Google, reading Mental Floss or perusing periodically a journal (AH! or even reading an actual periodical) will allow you to express yourself beyond the 8th Grade Common Cores in hopes you may "sound informed or at least literate".

Wheaton's Law: Don't be a dick...unless you can form your own cognitive, structurally correct insults equitable to an 8th Grade EQI. EQI? Google it.
