Paying Chis Christy $800,000.00, paying out 3.5 million in law suits, revolving door of employees. These are all signs of, as Deming calls it, a dysfunctional organization. That dysfuctionality starts at the top, which means the so call board does nothing and is oblivious to how poorly Pacira is operating. CEO needs to be replaced and complete re engineering needs to occur
