Just read the other boards. For the most part the equipment is good, it has been around for nearly 30 years, that is not such a bad thing. The insurance coverage could be an issue, that depends on your territory. You probably will not see 100k, not because you are not a good rep but because there are so many factors that are not with in your control, i.e. territory, perception of Dynasplint in your territory, insurance coverage, etc. If there has been a good bit of turnover in your area you are in for an uphill battle because the company does not send someone in to do follow-ups on patients that are fit by reps that then get terminated, that will fall on you and you will probably have little direction from management on how to handle these objections to Dynasplint. If you are seriously considering the position, talk to an Ortho or therapist in your area, ask them their perception, that is probably going to give you the best idea. If I had done this beforehand, I would not have taken the job.
