Heard HR is backed up due to all of the offers/referral bonuses, etc... Things are being delayed due to administrative burden of the expansion... Still doesn’t answer most people’s questions but it’s an explanation...

confirm this... applied for an onc position a few months back that’s still on my submitted apps that says, “not selected,” as status... Dupixent jobs all still say “interview” but looks like they haven’t been updated in a while... can anyone say they have received an offer? Or maybe just that they have been extended for these roles?

Offers are going out so be patient. They want everyone on board by mid March so you should know soon.

I got a very polite form message from the recruiter telling me I was not moving forward.

I didn't even get that. I made it one past the recruiter to phone interview with mgr who was not hiring mgr.
