Hell, I don't hate on him. I've stated both he and his employer have the right to say and do what they wish. But this is your beef with CP isn't it? You think your constitutional rights pre-empt their right to run their business the way they want and to refuse service (moderate or ban) to whomever they want. You're a self-serving little man. Oh yeah, I do think a guy who's been porking the same pelt for 50 years should have bought her a nice diamond a long time ago - but then maybe BJs aren't his thing?

You're right for a change, but even when you get it right, you wind up being wrong because you are inconsistent. The baker and the photographer have the same rights, bogus local or state laws notwithstanding. As U.S citizens under the constitution, they have the same rights as A&E, Robertson and CP, but are being denied those rights by misguided local statutes which are invalidated by the 1st amendment.

It's either that people have a right to conduct their businesses as they see fit which is truly live and let live or it's not. You've put yourself squarely in the camp of the hypocrites.
