Hard to believe we are actually going to waste what little money this company has on totally useless webinars and speaker programs!! A little, bitty company pretending to be big. Just another recipe for a screw up! Give us the money to use for lunches, instead of this crap that nobody, especially docs, are interested in!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more. I did a "webinar", and the docs asked are we really paying the "speaker" to read the slides! I asked them what they thought of it, and they said they enjoyed the lunch, but got nothing out of the webinar. All they were interested in was the managed care coverage. Also, why, why are we flying all over hell for a district meeting where there is absolutely nothing new to discuss?? You are right, we need that money for lunches!

Also, what in the hell happened to the so-called contest that ended 7/31? Sort of disappeared didn't it? Don't know what consultant they are listening to, but they are wasting their money.
 












The company has really gotten off the tracks. They are concerned with everything but what it takes to get the business. The webinars are a complete joke. Now, we are chasing metrics just like big pharma. Top it off with low pay/car allowance vs other contracts, and you have the recipe for terrible morale. It's a bad sign.
 












I couldn't agree more this company could have done so many things right and has decided to screw this launch up completely. Spending money on programs when we know Dr.'s won't show up now the webinars-please waste of money!! But pay us or hire more reps to cover these ridiculous territories forget it. Atleast the data is correct HA HA! morons

It is really amazing to see the disconnect between our reality, and their perception of our reality!
 






Well I tried handing out the webinar invitations today, and basically got laughed at. Most wanted to know if they got CME credit. All said when they get home it's either their time or family time. They are simply not interested in some paid mouth reading the slides to them. What a waste of time.

Too funny! My experience exactly. Nobody is interested, but the powers that be still insist that these stupid things are worth it. Now, we are wasting even more money on district meetings!

The "new and improved IVA" is worse than before! We are not on a good road here. Not at all.

The IVA is MUCH worse than before. I won't use it. The webinars are even more useless. I am tearing the hell out of my car. The $500 car allowance/$.19 a mile with gas so high, is costing me money. Terrible managed care coverage. Time to start looking elsewhere.
 






Holy shit! Not a single doc I've approached for these stupid webinars is interested! Not a one! They are literally twisting our arms to do something our docs don't want to do. Can they(and you now whom I am referring to) really be this stupid?

This contract has really gone down hill fast. Very fast.
 






Add on our fake sales data, and we have one more mess. How many docs have told me that they have written it and they never show up!!! The data is definitely being manipulated.
 






Fake data is right! The sales data is compete BS, and people are getting real tired of it! We know, w/o a doubt, many MD's that have prescribed it, but they never show up in the data. It's gotten real old Dave. Real old.
 












Just discovered this thread on the Duchesnay contract and all I can say is SPOT ON with all of the posts. Nothing is going right. The IVA is a mess. Fake sales data. Why are we wasting money on useless district meeting for God's sake???? You are right, it ain't going very good.

I think everyone is getting fed up with the fake, inaccurate data, and useless webinars/speaker programs. The top people, and we all know their names, are redefining the word "incompetent".
