Duchesnay Contract

any details on this contract ? timeline, pay, home study etc.

Sounds like F2F start end of march and contract starts end of april. 80 reps some full some part time. 1 wk home study 1 week away and 1 wk national sales meeting. car allowance. Product is still not approved. Contract is only thru end of dec right now. So if you get hired plan to sell a branded product with no coverage and stocking against a generic product that is widely used off label for the same thing with great coverage and stocking. More than likely you will be looking for a new job come Christmas time. If you need a short term job to get you by then go for it. I don't think it is worth the headache for a job that is only going to last 8 months.

thought generic only available in canada? Granted ingredients (antihistamine and b6) can be found otc, but that's easy to sell against (inconvenience, dosing, etc); sounds like it will be classed a branded generic with nothing else on market to compete against that's effective and patients will pay for it. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the info. Do you know where the home office training will be?

The original drug was Bendectin and the company pulled it because of all the lawsuits. I remember it well. If they have revived it, I can promise you once the docs realize what it is, they will never write it. This will be a massive failure I can promise you. Is this all Publicis can come up with? pitiful.

You understand that this product is Benadryl with B6 added to it and the B6 doesn't really do anything unless you are low on B6 which almost no one is. Sorry I have some respect left for myself. As soon as you tell the doctor what you have and they see the generic name I would be surprise if they don't start laughing out loud. I can't believe what a joke this job has turned into.

Sorry it's not Benadryl. Benadryl would work better than this. This is Kirkland Signature Nighttime Sleep Aid or unisom. You can buy 192 tables of the kirklands and cut it in half to get about the same does as what we would be selling for $6 online.
