Duane has to go. Horrible leader. Vicki should take some of the blame for Leqvio. She doesn't have the skill set or leadership skills to be in her position.

Duane absolutely has his fingerprints all over the Leqvio launch! CV had 1 year of delay to figure out Pathways, BNB, etc. and failed at that. Then a full year of launch to adjust to systems of care dynamics and still no adaptive moves. Now for those of us in PCP its thanks and exit out the door. I wish the best for the survivors and hope you fair well with the new organization. However you should reflect on the fact Novartis F'd up the Entresto launch and again the Leqvio launch. Insanity is doing the same stupid actions over and over and yet expecting a different outcome.

What field-reimbursement or systems of care specialist in their right mind would want any part of it after the way this disaster unfolded?
All they'll be able to get is retreads and desperate paycheck-hunters, and they did it to themselves.

Does anyone have any idea what percentage headcount reduction we are looking at for CV? PCP is being migrated to CV before or after? I know they are only losing one RD. With that I would thing less than 10%. What do y’all think?

Can’t believe only losing 1 RD. 12 regions still seems like way too much. But given that, I agree. Cuts don’t appear to be that steep. However, some parts of nation prob more affected than others.
