Well, I have the 43 code. it appears that is the adios code. I thought the emails stating I was getting a new computer were a good sign. Then when I read the email it said I needed to ship my current computer back first. are all the other 43 codes "getting news computers" too?

No you have to send the old laptop back so they can transfer everything and then will send new one out.
 






46 here. I too am sending my computer back for a refresh new one delivered.

I thought this was a good sign also . too many mixed messages here. This is not a good way to handle a RIF
