Why did more than half the people in his area leave the organization? Why is that he is one of the most hated individuals in the company? When so many people quit, its usually because of poor management. The man is arrogant, incompetent and has a huge ego with nothing to substantiate.

Adding Hayes to the organization is not a bad move but... there will not be one BTK device implanted because of it.
