Downsizing, Firings & Freezes

That's what we do here, just sitting around waiting to be bought. We used to be a good lab, but the good employees were laid off, fired or just left out of frustration.

That's what I did, quit the lab and went to work for a hospital. Too much back stabbing and politics for me. This WAS a really good lab, about 4 years ago. we made a lot of Covid money (some of it was very questionable) and lab continued to crash as management cut employees and corners. Very sad!!!

With pathgroup back stabbing and politics are the name of the game. Especially when you have management and supervisors who don’t care and have no idea what they are doing. There was sort of mismanagement goin on with that place. The place is a wreck and no one will stay there for long!

Where are my lab peeps at? Why is TAT bad? We're told we've had a bunch of lab people quit, is that true?

if you can find something better then do it and move on. Nothing can save the train wreck this company has become!
