Of course DS has been cut. He texted his managers yesterday! Why would you say otherwise? It's a fact. I wasn't the post you responded to but you are so wrong! He is a fantastic person and mgr so wherever he goes they will gain.

DS was a director for less than 8 months at best and you are evaluated against those in your pay grade. Last in first out, that's the chance you take when you get promoted or change jobs.

This is the problem with rumors. Who the hell knows what is the truth. I don't understand why a simple email detailing the changes with the RDs was too much to ask. Instead we are left to play the telephone game across the country ending up with this crap.

I understand your point, but in this case it doesn't matter. DS is far superior to MM, TJ, KM, and AB.

This is an absolute joke. Period. I am sure we will see the same thing today, talented leaders exiting and "Yes" Managers retained.
 












They could make the correct decision on who to keep and who to cut from here on and this whole thing is still a massive failure. This very nanosecond they announces JR would be retained, and arguably promoted, this integration lost all credibility. This man has been nothing short of a failure at every turn at Cephalon. Has anyone ever spoken with a single person who has any respect for him? He is petty, vindictive, juvenile, and in over his head.
