I don't understand how DS lost his job as one of the Regional Directors. He had more pclub wins and stronger performance than anyone else that was retained? I thought they said they were doing this based on performance and wanting to keep the best of the best?
 






Take the great managed care coverage out of the equation for DS in Texas and JD in the SE and you have 2 people with mediocre rankings year in and year out. Come on man, let's get real. It's the way way of the times. I have seen that in every pharma company regional outcome and ranking!
