Examples: 1. finger pointing and blaming everyone and everything for no scripts. 2. Using people- begging for scripts, and lying. 3. Passive aggressive behavior and gaslighting. This sums up most reps with no clinical degree.

Everyone is a 'top performer' at some point. In this day and age, it's about being in the right place at the right time. While I am sure many of you were talented, saying you were all top performers is a joke. I know several people hired at Dova, and while some are/were good, some are/were just brown noses who knew the right things to say and the right butts to kiss.
 




Net sales of $2.4 to $2.7 million mean some successfully pitch and sell while other top performers could not because of "impossible position". Oddly, they all work in the same company, in the same "impossible postition"

"If, in fact, the product or service was so good and solved so much prospect pain that qualified prospects beat a path to the door of the company, then why bother with salespeople at all? All the company would need to do would be to hire order takers at minimum wage."
 








Just sell the drug and get rid of all the underperform people. Leave the sales to people who know how to perform in rare disease. A joke when some could do 10 scripts/Q, majority at least 1 script and the rest who could not just mumble "mercy scripts"

Yes, I am an idiot for stating a fact: "Script is utmost required - you need get out, be positive to sell and stop being negative and blaming others". May I ask performance of you "top performer" in the last month/quarter, please? Could you get any mercy script? Respect is earned (salary & bonus will be reflected) if your performance and attitude is consistent and positive. It would be a joke and I would slap myself if your number is top of the rank and still is treated like "...." The goal for bonus sometimes might be too high but if you sell above average, none could talk "....".
