What you should put on your resume depends on how long you've worked at PP. It would be ok to put PP on your resume, but ask your "new" perspective employer not to contact PP. Or do the following:
Of course, if Substitute Teaching appeals to you, you can make- up a story about how you tried to start your own business, but "sadly" failed!
And let everyone know you do have some kind of "patient care" sales experience! It's not that difficult!
