I thought about it... Yes, I have been around many ALZ patients and am in fact a caregiver myself. I know all too well the financial burden this disease state represents...in fact, not treating the patients represents a far greater financial burden in the nursing home. I would prefer to pharmacologically treat and delay the expense of nursing care for as long as possible. I agree, caregiver burden is greater than that of the patient, but the benefits of a patch are huge to the caregiver. If you were one you'd know. I am not interested in the reading you recommend for that is not helpful perspective.
