What a joke of a company! They just hired a complete failure for the Regional Sales Director- Mid Atlantic role. She was never successful at Aerie and her reps didn’t respect her. Best of luck!

Well, the central RSD you just hired is beyond an epic failure. Got demoted to trainer after a 2.5 years of managing (the only management job in his career). Never made his goal once. Congrats to the reps because he does absolutely nothing. Nice man, but totally useless as a manager.

I know it’s a pretty small company. Does anyone work here as a Kam that could provide insights on how it’s going so far? Or any information about the role? Or company? There is such limited information on the web. Any information on the KAM role would be appreciated
